Pina Colada

Flag of Trinidad and Tobago

Ingredients

1 cup white rum
1 1/2 cups coconut milk
1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
1/2 cup diced fresh pineapple
1/2 cup whipping cream
6 cups crushed ice
4 wedges fresh pineapple (garnish)




Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients except the pineapple wedges.
  2. Serve in 4 tall glasses over crushed ice and garnish with pineapple wedges.
