Tarte A L'oignon

Ingredients

6 onions
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Parmesan grated cheese
4 tablespoons of butter
4 tablespoons of flower
1/3 cup of carnation milk
2 slices of ham
Baking pie




Directions

  1. Peel the onion, and cut them in small pieces. Cut the ham in small pieces.
  2. Melt the 4 tablespoons of butter cook the onions on medium low/stove top. Add the ham.
  3. Slowly add the salt, pepper, sugar, and flour. Then add the milk slowly. Add the cheese last.
  4. Pour the paste into the pie dish and bake it on 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  5. Let it cool off for 20 minutes. Serve with and griot. BON APPETIT!
