Snapper

Ingredients

1 pound. fillet of fresh red snapper
2 green peppers, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons . olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1 scotch bonnet pepper
Salt and pepper to taste




Directions

  1. Cut red snapper fillets into 1 inch cubes. In a large frying pan, combine olive oil, garlic, green pepper, and onion. Sauté for 5-8 minutes over a medium hot flame.
  2. Add scotch bonnet into sizzling pan then add red snapper to mixture, and stir until coated well.
  3. Sprinkle salt and pepper, cover and cook for approximately 5 minutes. Stir and cook for another 5 minutes.
