2 cups fresh conch , lobster, shrimp, or crawfish (grinded)
3 cups cream sauce
1/2 cup grated cheese (American)
2 or 3 medium tomatoes
1 medium green pepper
Directions
Dissolve cheese in cream sauce.
Place a layer of tomatoes, green pepper, and seafood in a baking dish.
Cover with cream sauce and repeat.
Cover top with bread crumbs and bake for 1 hr to 1 ½ under 350 degrees.
