Rikkita Beef

Ingredients

1/2 pound beef or steak
1 teaspoon hot pepper
3 cloves of garlic
2 hot peppers finely cut
1 tsp curry
1 cup white wine or 1 cup champagne
1 cup Italian dressing




Directions

  1. Put beef or steak with garlic, champagne, and hot peppers in plastic bag and marinate poke holes before you marinade so meat absorbs flavor.
  2. Put in a large pan with curry and hot pepper and marinade.
  3. Cook meat until fully cooked.
  4. Place meat in bowl and pour Italian dressing on meat and serve.
