Ingredients
2 cans of red beans
2 cups of rice
1 scotch bonnet pepper
1/2 of block of cooking butter
1/4 ounces of green seasoning
2 packs of sazon accent
1 can of coconut milk
Directions
- Melt the butter. Combine all ingredients together starting with the peas and rice and cover
with water with and inch or two over the contents.
- Set burner on low and make sure the pot is completely covered and allow the
steam to cook the rice when rice is soft it is done.
