Ingredients
Devon Corn beef (2 cans)
1 sweet pepper
1 onion
black pepper (optional)
salt (optional)
4 cup of rice
1 tsp oil
8 cups water
2 tablespoon tomato paste
Directions
- Bring water to boil, adding salt and oil or butter.
- Add rice and leave stove on high till water evaporates.
- Fry onion and sweet pepper in hot oil and tomato paste with black pepper.
- Add corn beef. Set stove on low so corn beef doesn't burn. Set stove for rice on medium, leave for 10 mins.
- Then, set stove for rice on low, leave for 5 mins and serve.
