Ingredients
6 beaten eggs
3 heaping tablespoons of canned corn beef
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
salt to taste
curry to taste
Directions
- Beat 6 eggs with fork. Add cornbeef and mix with fork for about 3 mins.
- Pour mixture in to frying pan of heated oil. Occasionally turn over in pan so that both sides can cook.
- When eggs begins to brown, food is done.
- Serve with bread, rice, or other grain. For spice, add crushed red pepper.
