Ingredients
1 gallon milk
3 cups sugar
3 tablespoon vinegar
Directions
- In a large
stockpot, add the sugar to the milk. Bring to a boil.
- Separate with the vinegar. Cook until water disappears and only the solids are left and caramelized (about 40 minutes).
