Ingredients
1 can (15 ounces) creamy corn
1 can (15 ounces) sweet corn
1 cup evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 medium onion (chopped)
Salt, hot pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and combine all the ingredients in a
large bowl.
- Pour in a greased pyrex dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20- 30 minutes or
until knife comes out clean.
