Ingredients
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp butter
2 tsp water
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in saucepan and cook on medium high heat.
- Stir until mixture begins to bubble and turn caramel brown but avoid
burning
. Pour hot caramel into 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
- Roll dish to coat sides.
