Caramel Coated Baking dish

Ingredients

1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp butter
2 tsp water




Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in saucepan and cook on medium high heat.
  2. Stir until mixture begins to bubble and turn caramel brown but avoid burning
    . Pour hot caramel into 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
  3. Roll dish to coat sides.
