Fried bananas (Beyen)

Ingredients

3 Very ripe bananas
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tablespoon sugar
1/8 tsp baking soda
sugar for topping (optional)




Directions

  1. Mix bananas, flour, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon in medium size bowl.
  2. Place spoonful of batter in very hot oil and fry until golden brown. Sprinkle sugar.
