Ingredients
4 ripe bananas peeled and sliced
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup bread crumbs
pinch of ground nutmeg
1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
2 tbsps butter or margerine
Directions
- Arrange a layer of sliced bananas on the bottom of a greased pan.
- Sprinkle 1 tbsp of lemon juice, spread 1/4 cup of sour cream.
- Then sprinkle 1/4 cup of brown sugar ,a pinch of nut meg and 1/4 cup of bread
crumbs.
- Repeat with another layer (steps 1,2,3).>
- Dot with butter and bake uncovered for 25 mins until golden brown. Sprinkle with nuts.
