Ingredients

  • 2 lbs of boneless chicken
  • 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups of oil
  • 1/2 tbsp of oregeno
  • salt, pepper  to taste

Directions

  1. Combine flour, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano & salt, pepper. Cut chicken in strips and coat the pieces with the mixture
  2. Let stand for 20 minutes .Heat oil, deep fry the chicken until golden brown.
  3. Drain excess oil on paper towel.
