Chicken Masala PDF Print E-mail

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp corn oil
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp masala (curry) powder
  • 1 Chicken (cut into small pieces)
  • 1 Small hot peppers
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 2 cups water

Directions

  1. Heat the oil, add the Onion and garlic, fry until glazed. Add the masala powder and stir.
  2. Combine chicken, the hot peppers, sugar and salt, water while stirring. Cover and cook at medium heat until tender.
  3. Serve with white rice, potato masala, string beans, pumpkin or cabbage.
