- 4 tbsp corn oil
- 1 medium onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp masala (curry) powder
- 1 Chicken (cut into small pieces)
- 1 Small hot peppers
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 cups water
- Heat the oil, add the Onion and garlic, fry until glazed. Add the masala powder and stir.
- Combine chicken, the hot peppers, sugar and salt, water while stirring. Cover and cook at medium heat until tender.
- Serve with white rice, potato masala, string beans, pumpkin or cabbage.
