Ingredients

  • 5 Oz. rice
  • 5 Oz. grilled Chicken breast cut in dices
  • 2 Tbsp. of butter
  • 1 Medium Onion (diced)
  • 2 Pinches of Shrimp paste
  • 2 - 3 Bouillon cubes
  • 3 - 4 Cloves of garlic (mashed)
  • Black or white pepper
  • 5 - 6 Slices of ginger
  • 6 Tbsp. of soy sauce
  • 2 - 3 Twigs of celery Thinly cut

Directions

  1. Cook the rice, stir to prevent lumps and let cool off. In a skillet, heat the butter and sauté the diced onions.
  2. Add the grilled chicken, shrimp paste, the bouillon cubes, ginger, garlic and a dash of black/white pepper. Stir all the ingredients.
  3. Add the rice, soy sauce, continue stirring until the rice turn light brown. Turn the stove off, add the celery and stir.
