Ingredients
- 5 Oz. rice
- 5 Oz. grilled Chicken breast cut in dices
- 2 Tbsp. of butter
- 1 Medium Onion (diced)
- 2 Pinches of Shrimp paste
- 2 - 3 Bouillon cubes
- 3 - 4 Cloves of garlic (mashed)
- Black or white pepper
- 5 - 6 Slices of ginger
- 6 Tbsp. of soy sauce
- 2 - 3 Twigs of celery Thinly cut
Directions
- Cook the rice, stir to prevent lumps and let cool off. In a skillet, heat the butter and sauté the diced onions.
- Add the grilled chicken, shrimp paste, the bouillon cubes, ginger, garlic and a dash of black/white pepper. Stir all the ingredients.
- Add the rice, soy sauce, continue stirring until the rice turn light brown. Turn the stove off, add the celery and stir.
