Fish Masala PDF Print E-mail

Ingredients


  • 2 Lbs of fish fillet
  • 2 tbsp of lemon and pepper seasoning salt
  • 2 tbsp of corn oil 1 large Onion (diced into cubes)
  • 3 Cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp of masala powder (curry powder)
  • 1 cup of water
  • 2 - 3 tbsp ketchup
  • hot peppers (1 - 2)
  • 1/2 tsp of Sugar

Directions

  1. Season and fry the fish fillet. Heat the oil and add the diced Onion and chopped garlic, cook until glazed
  2. Add the masala powder and stir.
  3. Add the fried fish fillet, water, sugar, ketchup, and hot peppers.
  4. Simmer for about 10 minutes
