Ingredients

  • 16 oz. Sugar
  • 16 oz. water
  • 16 oz. coconut milk
  • Cola essence or lemongrass
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Maizeina, agar or holy basil seeds

Directions

  1. Mix the Sugar and water and boil for 15 minutes. whisk until it thicken like a syrup.
  2. Add the syrup to the coconut milk and the cola essence (or lemon grass). Add salt and ice cubes.
  3. Make a solution of maizena and add this to 16 oz. water.
  4. Boil to a very thick porridge and pour directly into a pot with cold water.
  5. Constantly mixing to avoid the coconut milk from separating.
  6. Serve ice cold.
