Ingredients
- 2 Cut onions
- 2 Big cut tomatoes
- 1 Cube of bouillon
- 1 Cup cooked brown Beans
- 2 Cups of water
- 1 Freshly cut twig of celery leaves
- 1 Whole hot pepper
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Black pepper
- cooked brown rice
Directions
- Simmer onions a few minutes.
- Add tomatoes, cube of bouillon, black pepper and simmer till thickened. Add the brown beans, the celery leaves, the hot pepper and the water making a tasty broth.
- Simmer for about 10 minutes or until the liquid is thickened. Add nutmeg or more black pepper if desired.
- Serve over the brown rice.
