Ingredients
- 1 Large coconut
- 4 Cassava tubers
- 3 Eggs
- 2 tsp of vanilla essence
- 200 grams Sugar
- 1 glass milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 150 grams butter
Directions
- Grate coconut meat and cassava tubers, and mix together.
- Beat eggs, add vanilla essence and sugar and hisk until thick. Melt the butter, blend in the coconut, cassava, the egg mixture, milk, cinnamon, raisins and salt
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, put some butter on top.
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees & bake for about 1 hour.
