Ingredients

  • 1 Large coconut
  • 4 Cassava tubers
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 tsp of vanilla essence
  • 200 grams Sugar
  • 1 glass milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 150 grams butter

Directions

  1. Grate coconut meat and cassava tubers, and mix together.
  2. Beat eggs, add vanilla essence and sugar and hisk until thick. Melt the butter, blend in the coconut, cassava, the egg mixture, milk, cinnamon, raisins and salt
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, put some butter on top.
  4. Preheat oven to 325 degrees & bake for about 1 hour.
