Ingredients
- 2 lbs steak fish
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 tsp lemon & pepper seasoning salt
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 Onion (sliced)
- 2 tbsp yellow Ginger
- 2 tsp comino
- 1 Pint of water
- 1 Habanero Pepper
Directions
- Clean and wash fish with lime juice. Cut into serving pieces. Season the fish with the lemon and pepper seasoning salt.
- In a large skillet, brown onions and yellow ginger with vegetables oil.
- Place fish frying pan Add water, comino, & habanero pepper.
- Cover and cook at medium heat for about 10-15 minutes. Serve hot.
