Ingredients


  • 2 lbs steak fish
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1 tsp lemon & pepper seasoning salt
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 Onion (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp yellow Ginger
  • 2 tsp comino
  • 1 Pint of water
  • 1 Habanero Pepper

Directions

  1. Clean and wash fish with lime juice. Cut into serving pieces. Season the fish with the lemon and pepper seasoning salt.
  2. In a large skillet, brown onions and yellow ginger with vegetables oil.
  3. Place fish frying pan Add water, comino, & habanero pepper.
  4. Cover and cook at medium heat for about 10-15 minutes. Serve hot.
