Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef steak
- 2-3 tbsp meat tenderizer
- 1 tsp steak seasoning
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 cup onion (sliced)
- 1/2 small sweet pepper (sliced)
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
Directions
- Clean steak, rub the meat tenderizer over the steak.
- Put in a plastic bag and keep in refrigerator for at least 6 hours. Remove from plastic bag, season with soy sauce, and steak seasoning.
- Heat frying pan with the vegetable oil, saute the sliced onions & sweet peppers. Remove from pan.
- Add the steak, fry each side & medium heat for about 10 minutes. Put saute onions and sweet peppers on top of the steak and serve.
