Fried Steaks PDF Print E-mail

Ingredients


  • 2 lbs beef steak
  • 2-3 tbsp meat tenderizer
  • 1 tsp steak seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 cup onion (sliced)
  • 1/2 small sweet pepper (sliced)
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Clean steak, rub the meat tenderizer over the steak.
  2. Put in a plastic bag and keep in refrigerator for at least 6 hours. Remove from plastic bag, season with soy sauce, and steak seasoning.
  3. Heat frying pan with the vegetable oil, saute the sliced onions & sweet peppers. Remove from pan.
  4. Add the steak, fry each side & medium heat for about 10 minutes. Put saute onions and sweet peppers on top of the steak and serve.
