Ingredients
- 9" pie dish
- 1 egg yolks
- 3 cups cooked chopped chicken breast
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 cup
- 4 medium onions
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup evaporated milk salt and pepper to taste
- 1-1/2 cups bread crumbs
- 1 cup cheese grated
Directions
- Add 1/2 stick margarine in a frying pan,saute the onions until tender. Remove from heat.
- Add flour and milk gradually to make a thick sauce. Combine chopped chicken, egg yolk, season with salt & pepper.
- Mix all ingredients Grease pie dish and set aside. Blend the bread crumbs with the other 1/2 stick of margarine. Press this mixture in the bottom and side of a 9" pie dish. Fill the pie dish with chicken and onion mixture.
- Garnish top with grated Cheese. Bake for about 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
