Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. crab meat, flaked
- 1/4 Cup grapefruit juice
- 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and hot pepper to taste
- 1/2 Cup grapefruit slices
- 2 Small avocados, cut in half
- Lettuce leaves for serving
Directions
- Mix mayonnaise, juice, oil, salt and hot pepper .
- Put aside 2 tbsp of the mixture.
- Mix the rest of the mixture with the crab meat .Fill the cavities of the avocados with the crab salad.
- Serve on a bed of lettuce.
- Drizzle the remaining mixture over the salad.
