Crab Meat Salad PDF Print E-mail

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Lb. crab meat, flaked
  • 1/4 Cup grapefruit juice
  • 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and hot pepper to taste
  • 1/2 Cup grapefruit slices
  • 2 Small avocados, cut in half
  • Lettuce leaves for serving

Directions

  1. Mix mayonnaise, juice, oil, salt and hot pepper.
  2. Put aside 2 tablespoons of the mixture .
  3. Mix the rest of the mixture with the crab meat .
  4. Fill the cavities of the avocados with the crab salad. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
  5. Drizzle the remaining mixture over the salad
