Crab Cakes PDF Print E-mail

Ingredients


  • 1/2 lb fresh crab meat
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Small Onion finely chopped
  • 1 Large red pepper,minced
  • 2 tbsp jerk spice
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 3 tbsp butter

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, gently combine all the ingredients (except the butter).
  2. Form into 12 crab cakes.
  3. Fry crab in butter at medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
