Ingredients
1/2 lb fresh crab meat
2 tsp honey
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 Small Onion finely chopped
1 Large red pepper,minced
2 tbsp jerk spice
1 cup bread crumbs
3 tbsp butter
Directions
In a mixing bowl, gently combine all the ingredients (except the butter).
Form into 12 crab cakes.
Fry crab in butter at medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
