Ingredients

  • 3 lb spare ribs
  • 1 tsp cooking wine
  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1/4 Tsp pepper
  • 1 Large clove garlic, crushed with salt to form a paste
  • 2 Tsp brown sugar

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients together, mix well
  2. Pour the mixture over the spare ribs.
  3. Let marinade for about 2 - 3 hours, turning and basting frequently.Put the ribs on a rack, pour the marinade over the ribs, cover with aluminum foil.
  4. Bake the ribs at 375 degrees for 1 hour .
  5. Remove aluminum foil continue baking at 450 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes. Serve hot.
