Ingredients
- 3 lb spare ribs
- 1 tsp cooking wine
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1/4 Tsp pepper
- 1 Large clove garlic, crushed with salt to form a paste
- 2 Tsp brown sugar
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients together, mix well
- Pour the mixture over the spare ribs.
- Let marinade for about 2 - 3 hours, turning and basting frequently.Put the ribs on a rack, pour the marinade over the ribs, cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake the ribs at 375 degrees for 1 hour .
- Remove aluminum foil continue baking at 450 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes. Serve hot.
