Ingredients
- 1 lb of cooked fish
- 2 Tbsp. of margarine
- 1 Cup flour
- 1/2 Pint milk
- 1 Tsp chopped thyme and celery
- 1/2 Tsp lime juice
- 2 Eggs, separated
Directions
- Chop the fish finely
- Melt margarine in microwave. Mix the flour, melted margarine, milk, stir and boil for 3 minutes.
- Combine the fish, lime juice chopped thyme and celery, and add to the flour mixture.
- Add the eggs yolks one at a time. Beat the eggs white and fold gently in the mixture.
- Pour into a greased pyrex dish.
- Bake at 425 degree for 25-30 minutes of until brown and well risen. Serve immediately.
