Pumpkin Fritters PDF Print E-mail

Ingredients

  • 2 cups boiled mashed pumpkins
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt or seasoning substitute
  • 1 cup unbleached flour
  • 1/ 2 cup water vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients, beat well.
  2. Heat oil in deep fryer.
  3. Drop spoon size of the mixture into deep oil at high heat.
  4. Fry until golden brown.
  5. Place paper towel on a flat serving dish, and put the fritters.
  6. Serve after the paper towel soak up the extra oil.
