Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 16 oz elbow macaroni
- 1 Large onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups steam green beans
- 2 Cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 cups cheese, grated
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Brown ground beef and onion. Pour off grease. Add seasonings to taste.
- Cook elbow macaroni. Combine meat and cooked noodles in a large bowl with all other ingredients (except cheese).
- Mix well Put mixture in a greased casserole dish and top with cheese. Bake in oven at 350ºF for 20 minutes or until done.
