Macaroni Beef Casserole PDF Print E-mail

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 16 oz elbow macaroni
  • 1 Large onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups steam green beans
  • 2 Cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups cheese, grated

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Brown ground beef and onion. Pour off grease. Add seasonings to taste.
  3. Cook elbow macaroni. Combine meat and cooked noodles in a large bowl with all other ingredients (except cheese).
  4. Mix well Put mixture in a greased casserole dish and top with cheese. Bake in oven at 350ºF for 20 minutes or until done.
