Chicken Croquette
Chicken Croquette
Ingredients
1 cup cooked chicken breast
1 tsp thyme
1 tbsp fresh parsley
2 eggs
2 cups bread crumbs
1 cup white sauce
1/4 cup cooking oil
salt, black, and hot pepper to taste
Directions
Combine chicken, thyme, parsley, salt and pepper. Add wine sauce but keep mixture firm.
Set aside in refrigerator for 1 hr.
Form mixture into patties and coat with flour.
Dip in eggs then bread crumbs.
Fry in oil pan until both sides are golden brown.
