- 4 ripe passion fruits or 1 cup passion fruit juice
- 4 oz rum
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 cups crushed ice
- Angostura bitters
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- Squeeze the passion fruits and strain the juice.
- In a pitcher combine the juice with the rum, sugar, and ice. Stir well.
- Pour the mixture into 4 glasses. Add a dash of bitters and sprinkle nutmeg top each glass then serve.
