- 1 pkg. cornbread (not the sweet one!)
- 1 small bell pepper(diced finely)
- 1 small onion (diced finely)
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 scotch bonnet pepper
- Prepare cornbread according to package instructions. Remove from oven.
- Crumble then add bell peppers and onions and add pepper to taste.
- Mix in together with the egg. If it is too dry, add a little milk. Return to oven and bake for another 15 mins.
- Serve warm with your choice of meat.
