Cornbread PDF Print E-mail

Ingredients


  • 1 pkg. cornbread (not the sweet one!)
  • 1 small bell pepper(diced finely)
  • 1 small onion (diced finely)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 scotch bonnet pepper

Directions

  1. Prepare cornbread according to package instructions. Remove from oven.
  2. Crumble then add bell peppers and onions and add pepper to taste.
  3. Mix in together with the egg. If it is too dry, add a little milk. Return to oven and bake for another 15 mins.
  4. Serve warm with your choice of meat.
