- 1 cup of water
- 1 1/2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 small onion sliced
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/4 cup red or green peppers
- 1 tsp. of oil
- salt, black pepper, or hot pepper to taste
- Saute onions and peppers in a pan for 1 minute.
- Bring water to a boil and add remaining ingredients.
- Stir and simmer sauce on low heat.
- Serve with your favorite meat and rice.
