Ingredients

  • 1 can corn (10z)
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 eggs

Directions

  1. Mix flour, butter, salt, water, and 3 eggs.
  2. Pour corn into batter and mix well. Drop by tablespoons into very hot oil.
  3. Brown, drain on paper toweling. Serve with tomato sauce.
