Fried Pork (Masas de Puerco Fritas) |

Ingredients
- 3 lbs pork loin
- 1/4 tsp bay parsley
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 12 minced cloves garlic
- 1 sliced green pepper
- 1 sliced onion
- salt and black pepper to taste
Directions
- Cut pork into 2 inch chunks and remove excess fat and skin from pork
- Combine spices, garlic, onion, green pepper, and olive oil
- Pour over pork chunks and set aside for 2hrs or over night
- Deep fry pork in skillet or deep fryer until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
