Fried Pork (Masas de Puerco Fritas) PDF Print E-mail

Ingredients


  • 3 lbs pork loin
  • 1/4 tsp bay parsley
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 12 minced cloves garlic
  • 1 sliced green pepper
  • 1 sliced onion
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Cut pork into 2 inch chunks and remove excess fat and skin from pork
  2. Combine spices, garlic, onion, green pepper, and olive oil
  3. Pour over pork chunks and set aside for 2hrs or over night
  4. Deep fry pork in skillet or deep fryer until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
