Baked Fish (Pescado Asado) |

Ingredients
- 1 4-6 lbs whole fish (clean and scaled)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 large potatoes
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 minced cloves garlic
- 1 sliced green pepper
- 1 sliced onion
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F. Place sliced potatoes on bottom of baking dish or glass Pyrex.
- Combine garlic, lemon, wine, oil, and pour over fish.
- Arrange green peppers and onions over the fish.
- Bake uncovered at 350 F until fish is flaky.
