Baked Fish (Pescado Asado) PDF Print E-mail

Ingredients

  • 1 4-6 lbs whole fish (clean and scaled)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 large potatoes
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 minced cloves garlic
  • 1 sliced green pepper
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Place sliced potatoes on bottom of baking dish or glass Pyrex.
  2. Combine garlic, lemon, wine, oil, and pour over fish.
  3. Arrange green peppers and onions over the fish.
  4. Bake uncovered at 350 F until fish is flaky.
