Caramel Coated Baking Dish PDF Print E-mail

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 2 tsp water

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in saucepan and cook on medium high heat.
  2. Stir until mixture begins to bubble and turn caramel brown but avoid burning. Pour hot caramel into 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
  3. Roll dish to coat sides.
