Baked Custard Flan PDF Print E-mail

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • caramel coating

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Pour into a baking dish that has been lined with caramel coating.
  3. Placed pan in large pan that contains water and bake at 350F for about an hour.
  4. Remove baking pan from eater and allow to cool. Refrigerate until custard is well chilled.
