Ingredients

  • 1 gallon milk
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 3 tablespoon vinegar

Directions

  1. In a large stockpot, add the sugar to the milk. Bring to a boil.
  2. Separate with the vinegar. Cook until water disappears and only the solids are left and caramelized (about 40 minutes).
