Ingredients
4 Medium conchs
1 Stalk of celery
1 Can of celery soup
2 tsp of thyme
2 Medium potatoes
2 tbsp of A-1 sauce
2 large carrots
2 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
1 large onion
Directions
Bruise and boil conchs and Cut into small pieces.
Fry out onion and celery in 1 tablespoon oil.
Add sauces, water, and remaining ingredients.
Boil for 1 hour.
