Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh conch , lobster, shrimp, or crawfish (grinded)
  • 3 cups cream sauce
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese (American)
  • 2 or 3 medium tomatoes
  • 1 medium green pepper

Directions

  1. Dissolve cheese in cream sauce.
  2. Place a layer of tomatoes, green pepper, and seafood in a baking dish. Cover with cream sauce and repeat.
  3. Cover top with bread crumbs and bake for 1 hr to 1 ½ under 350 degrees.
