1 cup flour
2 eggs beaten
1/4 cup milk
salt, pepper, lime to taste
Directions
Cut Grouper Fillet in strips.
Season with salt, pepper, and lime to taste.
Heat oil in a
skillet
or
deep fryer

Dip the fingers in milk, then egg, and coat with flour.
Cook until golden brown.
