Ingredients


  • 2 lbs fresh grouper fillets
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • salt, pepper, lime to taste

Directions

  1. Cut Grouper Fillet in strips.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, and lime to taste.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet or deep fryer.
  4. Dip the fingers in milk, then egg, and coat with flour.
  5. Cook until golden brown.
