Ingredients
- 12 oz macaroni
- 2 eggs
- 1 lb grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 3 cups milk
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 1/8 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Directions
- Boil macaroni in large cooking pot until tender and drain. Leave in pot while hot.
- Stir in all other ingredients and mix with spoon to blend.
- Bake in 325º oven for one hour (covered for 45 minutes) in baking pan or pyrex pot.
- Remove cover for 10-15 minutes to brown lightly.
