The Montserrat Flag was adopted on April 10, 1909.

It is a blue Ensign with the British Union Flag in the upper left corner and the coat of arms of Montserrat in the lower right.

The arms feature Erin, the female symbol of Ireland embracing a passion cross and the golden harp.
