I took my hobbies and personal interests and and launched Islandflave.com in May 2001. What started as a site dedicated to recipes has grown into a diverse Caribbean online community with:

This site is now a reflection of South Florida Caribbean culture through our eyes. "Our" meaning me and my crew:
